These terms apply when you access the Stravyx website or app, make an enquiry, book a mission, make a payment, or otherwise use our marketplace and related services. By using Stravyx, you agree to these terms.
Using Stravyx
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide information that is accurate and complete. If you use Stravyx for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
Our platform role
Stravyx provides a technology platform and managed marketplace that connects clients with appropriately qualified independent drone operators. Stravyx is not the aviation operator. The assigned operator conducts every flight under its own approvals, licences and procedures.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed when Stravyx accepts the mission and confirms the applicable scope, price, timing, and any special conditions. Quotes may expire and may change if the mission scope or site conditions change.
You authorise Stravyx and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for confirmed bookings and other amounts you agree to pay. Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, deposit, or additional-charge conditions shown during booking form part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any refund, remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Mission conditions
Mission timing and performance may be affected by weather, airspace restrictions, site access, safety risks, regulatory requirements, equipment availability, and operator judgement. A mission may be delayed, changed, or cancelled where it cannot be conducted safely or lawfully. Any new scope or repeat attendance may require a revised quote.
Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate brief, site details, hazards, access requirements, and intended use.
- Obtain any permissions you are responsible for, including property access and authority to request imagery.
- Do not request unsafe, unlawful, deceptive, intrusive, or prohibited activity.
- Follow reasonable safety and access instructions from Stravyx and the assigned operator.
- Use mission results lawfully and respect privacy, confidentiality, and third-party rights.
Mission content
Mission content may include live video, photographs, recorded footage, thermal imagery, site imagery, measurements, reports, and associated mission data.
Subject to full payment and any agreed limits, you may use delivered mission content for the purpose described in your booking. You must not use it unlawfully, misrepresent it, remove required notices, or infringe another person's privacy or rights.
We handle personal information contained in mission content in accordance with our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
Stravyx and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, branding, templates, and other platform materials. You retain ownership of material you provide. You grant us the rights reasonably required to process that material, arrange the mission, deliver results, provide support, and meet our legal obligations.
Consumer rights and liability
Our services may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those guarantees or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Stravyx is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss caused by information or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the affected service again or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access to Stravyx where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, misuse, safety or legal risk, a material breach of these terms, or conduct that may harm another person or the platform. Rights and obligations intended to continue after termination remain in effect.
Disputes and governing law
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be available on our website. Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not remove rights that have already accrued.
